Fri. Nov. 22 (3-8pm), Sat. Nov. 23 (10am-8pm), Sun. Nov. 24th CLOSED, Mon. Nov. 25 (10am-8pm), Tues. Nov. 26 (10am-8pm) | The Festival of the Trees by Campus Life Families Ministries is a fun, family-friendly, holiday experience taking place at the Campus Life facility. People will be able to stroll through a Christmas wonderland of nativity displays, wreaths, centerpieces, tabletop trees, small trees, and large trees.

All of these items are donated by local community members ranging from individuals, organizations, and businesses. We are so glad that you are wanting to be part of our festive event. Not only are you able to showcase your talents with your donation, you are able to promote your business or organization. Such a great way during the holiday season to have fun being charitable while being recognized by the community.

All the display items will be auctioned off to the public, and all the proceeds will go to support the ministry here at Campus Life.

Once you register, you are set to start planning your design. Just a few pieces of information we need from you to ensure you are part of our festival. Fill out the registration form on this page. Once you are registered, you receive emails from us periodically to give you any needed information in regards to your entry and the festival.

What are some benefits of donating a display to the Festival of the Trees?
Recognition: Your name or business/organization name will be prominently displayed on the signage in front of your display.
Event Visibility: Many people will be attending this festival, and your name or business/organization will be front and center for all attendees to see.
Online Visibility: Your name or business/organization name will be displayed on our website, auction site, and social media posts.
Promotion: Through all the acknowledgements and recognition of your donation in and around the festival, you will receive promotion while doing something fun.
Supporting a Worthy Cause: Through your donation during this charitable time of year, you will be supporting Campus Life Family Ministries, a worthy non-profit ministry, that is solely supported by donors.

This festival is not limited just to the showcase of trees and the other holiday displays, it will have other fun activities such as a zone for holiday shopping, refreshments, music, story time, etc.

Donations will need to be dropped off and/or set up on Wednesday Nov. 20 from 9am-6pm and/or Thursday Nov. 21 from 9am-8pm.
